I still haven't worked on my novel, but I did get ideas for two original stories. At first I thought I was going to be able to start writing right away, the same night. The night, after all, is my favorite time for writing. But no such luck. Still, I have worked out most of the things that will go into the stories. No inspiration

Suddenly, I lost my inspiration to write. I think I can guess why. Lately I've had mood swings. Some nights, I almost cry. In between I feel perfectly ok. Oh, well. Blogging and writing fan fiction can wait. The real problem is that I still haven't been able to finish my novel, but nothing's really changed there, so that's a different problem. New story

Late last night, I finished an original story I'd been working on. Actually, I finished the translation so now it's in both languages. It turned out well, I think, but then I guess I'm partial. LOL Continue

Caved...

I finally caved and got Twitter. It remains to be seen if I'll have any use for it. Everyone else seems so worked up about it. I have to confess I still don't see the point, but well, I might warm to it, once I get the hang of it. Continue

Some do it in bed

I started thinking about where I write. The answer is, in bed. I might write at a desk - if I had a study of my own, away from others. At the moment, I'm sharing a house with my mom and my sister and unless I decided to write all night and sleep all day, I wouldn't get any peace. Actually, I don't think it's a bad idea to write in bed. Many published writers I know of, do this. I think it's really common. But everyone's different. En del gör det i sängen

Jag började fundera lite på var jag brukar vara när jag skriver. Svaret är - i sängen. Jag skulle skriva vid ett skrivbord - om jag hade ett eget arbetsrum, långt bort från andra. Just nu delar jag hus med min mamma och min syster och om jag inte bestämde mig för att skriva på nätterna och sova hela dagarna, skulle jag inte få något lugn alls. För övrigt tror jag inte att det är så dumt att skriva i sängen. Många publicerade författare jag känner till gör det. Jag tror det är ganska vanligt. Me… Continue

A dime a dozen

There are times when I feel like this. That what I'm writing is of poor quality, lacks originality and is plain boring. At other times I can be more hopeful. But... The truth is, I know there are plenty of girls like me, some very young, some a bit older, who write about almost exactly the same themes I do. Many of them write as well as I do or better.

Writing Original Fiction Again

But the story didn’t turn out as well as I had hoped. Maybe it was the subject. My idea for the story didn’t cut it. I’ll just have to keep hanging on. Write more original stories, before I can relax again, writing fan fiction.

For a while, i was quite happy with most of my writing. I was on a roll. Now I’ve lost it again, I guess.

If only the creativity returns, hopefully, I’ll have more, interesting ideas that will work. At least I hope so.
